Shared Mobility in Social Housing – GEWOBA

Located in the heart of Bremen’s Bahnhofsvorstadt, the Q45 project by GEWOBA is a forward-thinking real estate development designed to create a vibrant and inclusive urban space. With 162 apartments and a mix of offices, shops, restaurants, and service offers, Q45 aims to provide affordable housing for low-income households, students, apprentices, and families.

What’s the mobility management approach and (shared) mobility offer

To support sustainable urban living, the project integrates an inclusive mobility concept, featuring carsharing, bike sharing, and high-quality bike parking. Residents will also benefit from community-oriented services like a bike-repair café, nursery school, helpline, and bistro. The development prioritizes green spaces, climate adaptation measures, and recreational areas, ensuring a high quality of life for future inhabitants

What about communication?

GEWOBA uses an integrated communication concept to inform residents about available mobility options, ensuring that information on shared mobility services is provided in a timely, clear and accessible way.

For this they not only use print material but also digital communication tools like social media channels and videos.
